Goyen ^® DD Series Reverse Jet Pulse Dust Collector Valve

Universal Air Products offers the complete line of Goyen ^® 'DD' Series Reverse Jet Pulse Dust Collector Valves.

DESCRIPTION

Goyen ^® 'DD' series valves offer the same high performance and the same right angle inlet/outlet configuration as the 'T' series valves but have been designed to further facilitate installation and reduce the number of necessary valve fittings.

The 'double dresser' compression coupling on the inlet and outlet provide quick, simple installation, requiring only that the stub pipe and blowtube be cleaned and deburred before the valve is fitted into position.  The inlet and outlet pipe require additional support when using dresser couplings.

The valves can be operated by either integral pilot solenoids (CA Models) or remote pilot solenoids (RCA Models).

'DD' series valves are available in 3 sizes ranging from 3/4 (20mm) up to 1 1/2 (40mm).

CONSTRUCTION

Body, cover, seal retainer and compression coupling connectors are pressure die cast aluminum.  General purpose diaphragms are made from Buna N elastomer, reinforced with nylon mesh, and are suitable for temperatures ranging from -40°C (-40°F) up to 82°C (180°F).

High temperature diaphragms are made from Viton ® and are suitable for temperatures up to 232°C (450°F).  All seals are designed to meet the same operating criteria.

The ferrule and plunger for CA (integral pilot) versions are stainless steel.
