Goyen ^® MM Series Reverse Jet Pulse Dust Collector Valve

Universal Air Products offers the complete line of Goyen ^® 'MM' Series Reverse Jet Pulse Dust Collector Valves.

DESCRIPTION

The 'MM' series valves were developed specifically to meet a growing need for a diaphragm valve that integrates directly into the header tank, no stub pipe is required.  This offers the advantages of improved valve flow characteristics, ease of on-site installation, elimination of some fittings and scope to offer customized products.

'MM' valves offer improved flow characteristics through the valve outlet into the blowtube because the valve is integral to the header-manifold-tank.

The 'MM' series is designed to fit square header tanks or round header tanks fitted with adapters (76MM suitable for square headers only).

These manifold mounted valves are fitted with a 'floating' seal which is held against the header surface by the air pressure within the header.  This eliminates the need to have the header surface machine finished.  'MM' series valves are available in three sizes:  1" (25mm),  1 1/2" (40mm), and 3" (76mm).

CONSTRUCTION

Body, cover, seal retainer and compression coupling connectors are pressure die cast aluminum.  The pipe connecting top and bottom sections is 'schedule 40' steel of commercial quality.

Seals and o-rings are nitrile rubber suitable for temperatures ranging from -40°C (-40°F) up to 82°C (180°F).  For higher temperatures, up to 232°C (450°F) Viton ® seals and o-rings are available.  The ferrule and plunger for CA (integral pilot) versions are stainless steel.
